Auburn Kids country has started the camping unit! This is an exciting unit filled with so much creativity! The children in toddler 3 started to make a campfire! Here at Kids Country Woodinville, we would like to introduce our new Assistant Director Maddie to the team! She has over 7 years of teaching experience in early childhood education, along with nearly 2 years in an administrative roles and training. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for creating positive and inclusive learning environments where children feel safe, supported, encouraged to grow, and most importantly loved.
She is currently working toward her AA degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a bachelor's degree in social work, with plans to continue her education and earn her master's degree in the future. She strongly believes that continuing to learn helps her better support not only children, but also the families and staff within the school community.
One of her favorite parts of working in early childhood education is building meaningful relationships with children and their families and watching children gain more confidence as they learn and develop new skills. She also enjoys supporting teachers and helping to create a positive and collaborative environment for everyone.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their 7-year-old son, and their dog. She loves to cook and bake and especially enjoys trying new cuisines and flavors whenever she can. She is so excited for this new opportunity and looks forward to getting to know all of the wonderful children, families, and staff members within the Kids Country community!
